Shipping policy

Business days are as follows:

Monday - Friday (9am to 5pm) Eastern Standard Time

Orders placed after 5pm Eastern time will be counted towards the next business day.

Shipping is Free for orders of $50 or more.

For orders under $50 there is a flat rate of $6.00 for shipping.

JaxBelle is not responsible for any lost packages. If your package is lost in transit, it is your responsibility to open an investigation with the carrier service. Please make sure to fill out all fields correctly when checking out and make sure to give the correct address. 

If a package is returned to us, JaxBelle will reach out to you via Email. You will then have a choice to pay additional shipping to receive the package or receive a refund on items purchased. JaxBelle will not process refunds for shipping fees and you may be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Please make sure to fill out all fields correctly when checking out and make sure to give the correct address.

Currently JaxBelle ships within the United States only and does not ship internationally at this time.
