* You will have 14 days after receipt of shipment to request a refund
* Customer is responsible for return shipping fees
* There will be a 5% restocking fee
* You will only be given a refund once items are returned. Items must be returned in original state in its original packaging.
Items that are handcrafted and spelled by JaxBelle are not eligible for returns and refunds due to the nature of these products!! These items include but are not limited to the following:
*Intention Oils
*Intention Candles
*Spell Kits
*JaxBelle Candles
